Terms and Conditions

By booking or purchasing from JumpMania Event Rentals, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for all rented or purchased equipment upon delivery and during the rental period. JumpMania Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Customers are liable for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during their rental period. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, or replacement/repair fees will apply.

Any false claims made in an attempt to avoid payment for services rendered will result in legal action. In such cases, the customer agrees to compensate JumpMania Event Rentals a minimum of $300.00 for administrative time, documentation, and legal processing required to resolve the matter and ensure proper payment.

Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit equal to 50% of your rental total is required at booking, in addition to full payment. This deposit covers potential damages and is returned within 48 business hours after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JumpMania Event Rentals, we take pride in providing high-quality service and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing:

• Customized Orders: All customized orders are final sale. No refunds, no exceptions.
• Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
• Reservation Deposits: All reservation deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied one time to a new reservation of the same or greater value, subject to availability.
• Service Cancellation (Fully Paid Reservations):
  • If canceled within 3 business days of booking, 100% of the amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
  • If canceled after 3 business days, payments are non-refundable.
• Service Transfers: All services are non-transferable and must be used by the original booking party.

By completing a booking or purchase with JumpMania Event Rentals, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy in full.
